In the fall of 1999, the HIGH COUNTRY FLYERS introduced to the interior of British Columbia, the first 'Swap and Shop' involving any club, business, organization or individual wishing to participate. The event was not intended as a money making venture, but as an endeavor to bring model airplane enthusiasts together in the spirit the hobby is meant to foster.
We learned a lot from last 10 years. Thank you to all the members who worked hard organizing, setting up and taking down tables, clean up, and a special thanks to those who worked the concession and manned the registration table.
